In a world filled with constant noise and distraction, learning to be still can feel unfamiliar—but it is a deeply rooted practice in the Christian faith. In this guided experience, you’ll be gently led into silence through three simple, powerful practices designed to help you become more aware of God’s presence.

Beginning with calming box breathing, you’ll settle your body and quiet your mind. Then, through an ancient breath prayer—“Be still…and know that I am God”—you’ll anchor your attention in God’s presence. Finally, a guided body scan will help you notice and release tension while becoming more present to God in your whole self.

Whether you’re new to contemplative prayer or looking to deepen your current spiritual practice, this short, guided time of stillness offers a practical way to slow down, refocus, and reconnect with God—right where you are. Find a quiet place to listen.
